Leadership, conforming, and rebelling

What’s your behavior pattern? Do you tend to rebel or conform? Either way, your behavior is reactive. Leadership is about self-control to become our best own-self and to influence others to be their best as well towards the achievement of a higher goal for the betterment of the community.

Sondra Ray, best selling author of Loving Relationships, said conforming and/ or rebelling are behavior tendencies of our past. They may be normal in childhood or adolescence, they may not be serve us well in our adult lives

We should face and resolve this tendency to avoid conflict in our adult relationships. How can we take responsibility to master our behavior, to develop the self-mastery to be ourselves?

I’ll be glad to have your opinions on this topic.
